Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum information needed for the practice you choose. Tarot: name, gender, date of birth, optional relationship status, topic, and question. Purple Star: name, chart gender (Yin/Yang), date of birth, and birth hour (or unknown).

Where data lives

• sessionStorage — ritual or chart progress during your visit.
• IndexedDB — readings you explicitly save on this device.
• Interpret API receives preferred name, gender, age band, tropical sun sign/element/modality (derived on-device — not raw date of birth), optional relationship status, topic, question, and drawn cards.
• Share links store a redacted reading with a time-to-live (default 72 hours). You choose whether the question is included.

We do not sell your personal information. Server logs avoid raw questions and date of birth when possible. Purple Star charts are computed on-device; civil birth time and place are not sent to the interpret API. Cloudflare Turnstile is used only to reduce bot abuse; challenge tokens are processed by Cloudflare, and we do not use full date of birth for verification.
